Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager at Noble 2500 in Austin, Texas. This role ensures safety and functionality of the property’s buildings and equipment, directing the onsite Facilities team and coordinating with third‑party vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED, trade school diploma, or military training.
• 5 years of relevant experience managing building systems in multi-unit residential properties; 2 years of supervisory experience.
• 2 years' experience with building automation systems and life safety systems.
• EPA 608 Universal certification.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or plan to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Manage all building services and preventive maintenance per SOPs and regulations.
• Supervise day-to-day operations: HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, BAS, and electrical systems.
• Monitor systems; provide diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and testing; obtain permits and certifications.
