Provincial Senior Living is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager for an Independent Living community in Spring, TX. This hands-on, single‑community role leads building maintenance and contributes to the leadership team, overseeing repairs, systems upkeep, and vendor coordination.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on maintenance, knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and strong multi‑tasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Experience managing work orders and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee repairs, work orders, and preventative maintenance
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure readiness
• Respond to after-hours maintenance needs as required
• Coordinate vendors and support maintenance‑related services
• Monitor maintenance budgets, supplies, and expenses
• Support housekeeping and community operations as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
