Job summary

Sterigenics U.S. LLC is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee preventative and corrective maintenance across facilities, ensuring EAM records are accurate and updated.

The role requires strong supervisory skills and a commitment to safety and compliance with EH&S standards. The candidate will coordinate with Corporate Engineering, manage budgets, and lead technicians and contractors to complete projects on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years maintenance experience with two years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
• Solid communications skills – listening, written, verbal, presentation, etc.
• Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read and understand engineering schematics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance on all system machinery and document per PM program.
• Maintain and update records within the quality system across locations and ensure EAM is current.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance on forklifts and other equipment; manage spare parts inventory.
• Lead Maintenance Technicians and contractors to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
