Job summary

Sotera Health Company is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across our facilities, ensuring PMs, records, and EAM entries are up to date. You will coordinate with Engineering and site leadership to keep equipment running and compliant with EH&S standards.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, solid communication, and the ability to manage contractors and internal staff. Relocation and travel details vary by site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years maintenance experience with at least two in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
• Solid communications skills including listening, written and verbal presentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general and preventative maintenance across facilities.
• Ensure routine PMs are performed and documented per PM reports.
• Maintain all maintenance records in quality system and update EAM system.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance on forklifts and other equipment.
• Verify equipment cleanliness and proper operation.
• Monitor spare parts and stock levels with Engineering.
• Track work orders and file copies with PM reports.
• Maintain 24-hour on-call status for troubleshooting.
• Liaise between Corporate Engineering and General Manager on improvement projects.
