Responsibilities

• Ensure all activities meet or exceed safety protocols; implement safety policies and standards.
• Oversee timely installation and upkeep of company property and systems for operations efficiency.
• Manage department budget and priorities based on urgency and resource availability.
• Lead, mentor, train and supervise department staff, including performance decisions and metrics.
• Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for maintenance work execution.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance tasks with affected teams and leadership from other areas.
• Maintain records and documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement fixes or changes.
• Ensure timely inspections and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain clean and hygienic premises meeting internal and external standards.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
