Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a dynamic Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of our facilities in a regional area.

You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring buildings operate efficiently, safely, and sustainably for associates and customers. The role requires a Licensed Master Plumber with 5 years in facilities management (or 3 years plus a related Bachelor’s degree).

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Plumber with 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, electrical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
• Or 3 years’ experience in the above areas with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Master Plumber License or equivalent in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50% or more within the region.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Provide reporting and analytics on facilities programs.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in regulatory training and site inspections to ensure quality and safety.
