Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel 50% within region and maintain licenses.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Provide reporting and analytics on facility ops.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and inspections.
• Participate in regulatory training and compliance programs.
• Obtain permits and schedule inspections as required by codes.
