Job summary

Walmart is seeking a dynamic Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance for facilities in a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring buildings operate efficiently, safely, and sustainably for associates and customers.

The role requires extensive travel within the region, collaboration with Store Managers, and coordination with vendors to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Plumber with 5 years in facilities management or 3 years with a relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Master Plumber license or equivalent in the state of employment.
• Experience with building maintenance, electrical and plumbing management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across regional Walmart facilities.
• Lead a team of technicians and coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Provide reporting and analytics on facility services performance.
• Maintain up-to-date licenses and permits; coordinate inspections and compliance.
