Job summary

Lead a team of technicians to keep buildings safe, efficient and compliant for associates and customers. The role requires a Licensed Master Plumber with 5 years’ experience in facilities/related fields or 3 years with a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Plumber with 5 years’ experience in facilities or 3 years’ experience with a Bachelor’s in a related field
• Experience in facilities management, construction management, electrical maintenance, or related area
• Master Plumber License or equivalent in the state of employment

Responsibilities

• Travel approximately 50% within the region
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
• Handle reporting and analytics
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and registrations
• Participate in regulatory training and site inspections for compliance and quality
