Job summary

The role requires travel ~50% within the region, strong leadership, and hands-on electrical/mechanical expertise.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Electrician with 5 years' experience in facilities or related areas OR 3 years plus a relevant bachelor's degree.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Master Electrician License or equivalent in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventive maintenance of facilities within a regional area.
• Lead technicians and coordinate with store managers and leadership on facility services needs.
• Maintain contractor licenses and compliance; manage reporting and analytics.
