Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager-Electrical in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee the predictive and preventative maintenance of our facilities across a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations while collaborating with store managers and vendors.

The role requires maintaining mechanical contractor licenses, scheduling inspections, and providing detailed reporting on performance.

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrician with valid license required.
• Experience in facilities maintenance and operations management.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of technicians.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50%+ within the region to oversee facilities maintenance.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and permits; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Store Managers, Facility Services Leadership and external vendors.
• Perform reporting and analytics on maintenance activities and outcomes.
