Job summary

Walmart is seeking a dynamic Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of our facilities in a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring buildings operate efficiently, safely, and sustainably for associates and customers.

The role requires ~50% regional travel, collaboration with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership, and coordination with vendors.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Plumber with 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, electrical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
• Or 3 years’ experience with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Construction Management, etc.
• Master Plumber License or equivalent in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Travel within region of ~50% or more.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed; oversee reporting and analytics.
