Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager- Electrical in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee preventative and predictive maintenance across a regional footprint. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure safe, efficient operation of facilities, and partner with Store Managers and vendors.

This full-time role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, travel ~50% within the region, and a commitment to compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in general facilities or building maintenance.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Leadership and people management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer focus and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the region approximately 50% or more.
• Maintain mechanical contractor licenses in the state of employment.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Coordinate with different vendors and contractors as needed.
• Handle reporting and analytics.
• Ensure permits and inspections are scheduled and up-to-date.
