Job summary

Sotera Health is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager in the Corona, CA area to oversee all facility maintenance, equipment, and buildings in alignment with quality and EH&S standards. You will supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with Corporate Engineering on projects.

The role demands a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in maintenance, including two in leadership, with strong communication and schematic-reading skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years maintenance experience with two years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
• Solid communications skills—listening, written, verbal, presentation.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read and understand engineering schematics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine preventive maintenance and documentation.
• Maintain maintenance records within quality system requirements.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance on forklifts and other equipment.
• Direct maintenance staff and contractors to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
• Act as liaison between Corporate Engineering and General Manager on facility projects.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S standards and company work instructions.
