Sotera Health Company is seeking a Manager of Maintenance in Corona, CA. The role oversees all facility maintenance, directs maintenance staff, and coordinates with Corporate Engineering and Safety programs to ensure compliance and reliability.

Salary ranges between $106,000 and $171,500 annually, with a full benefits package and opportunities for professional growth within a globally recognized healthcare safety leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five (5) years maintenance experience with two (2) years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
• Solid communications skills – listening, written, verbal, presentation, etc.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and understand engineering schematics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine and preventative maintenance on all systems and equipment.
• Direct maintenance technicians and contractors to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain maintenance records within quality system requirements and update the EAM system.
• Ensure safety and EH&S standards are followed across facilities.
