Job summary

Innovative Labs, a leading maker of liquid dietary supplements, is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead a team of supervisors responsible for keeping our production equipment and facility safe, reliable, and ready to run. You’ll own maintenance programs, budgets, and standards, and partner with engineering and production to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

8+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food, beverage, nutraceutical preferred).
3–5+ years leading maintenance teams, including supervising or multi-shift Operations.
Hands-on experience with batching, packaging, and process equipment.
Experience managing building systems and plant utilities (HVAC, boilers, electrical distribution, water systems).
Proven track record running PM and predictive maintenance programs that improved reliability and reduced downtime.
Experience managing maintenance budgets, capital projects, and contractors.

Responsibilities

Lead all facility and manufacturing maintenance activities company-wide through a team of maintenance supervisors.
Set maintenance priorities, standards, and staffing plans across shifts, ensuring supervisors have resources to execute schedules and work orders.
Oversee repair and preventive maintenance programs for production equipment, including batching, packaging, and process lines.
Oversee building systems and plant infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boilers, water treatment, roofing, grounds).
Set response standards and escalation procedures for equipment downtime and facility emergencies; step in on critical events.
Ensure line-monitoring systems (RedZone) and maintenance system (Fiix) are used with PM schedules and current asset records.
Keep idle equipment ready to run; oversee equipment installations, relocations, and decommissioning.
Set maintenance reliability strategy; lead capital projects and facility upgrades.
