Job summary

BH Management Services, LLC seeks a Service Manager II to coordinate maintenance and repair operations across a 300-500 unit community in the Dallas area. You will schedule work, oversee a team of technicians, and ensure safety and quality while managing budgets and inventory.

You will liaise with residents and management, respond to on-call needs, and enforce BH standards and OSHA guidelines. This role requires hands-on maintenance leadership and strong organizational skills to keep properties

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Advanced computer skills and industry-specific technology to coordinate and respond to requests.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a large team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance employee schedules and assign tasks.
• Ensure safety training and compliance with OSHA and policies.
• Inspect properties, monitor repairs, and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Respond to resident requests and participate in on-call rotation.
• Maintain tools and equipment inventory.
