Job summary

The role includes on-call responsibilities and regular property visits, with a focus on maintaining a safe, well-maintained environment for residents while managing budgets and resources effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five or more years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Advanced computer skills and industry-specific technology to coordinate and respond to requests.
• Oversee 300-500 units in one community.
• EPA 608 Type I/II or Universal certification when required by local jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work schedules and assign maintenance tasks.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate training needs.
• Ensure safety compliance and document property safety audits.
• Inspect property and grounds for maintenance and liability risks.
• Manage on-call rotation and respond to resident requests per BH standards.
