Job Title: Facilities and Maintenance Manager
The Facilities and Maintenance Manager is responsible for assisting the Property Manager in the overall management and supervision of housing rehabilitation and maintenance operations across a scattered sites housing portfolio. This role involves daily management of multiple operations and coordination with property managers, field supervisors, maintenance staff, contractors, subcontractors, and architects in a professional manner. The manager will stay updated on safety policies and communicate updates to maintenance and janitorial staff. This position reports to the Facility & Maintenance Manager.
