The Associate National Account Field Maintenance Manager is critical to the successful retention of Ryder's largest accounts. The incumbent is responsible for improving maintenance processes for their assigned national accounts across a broad organization. They will measure and report maintenance results to all levels of management within Ryder, drive compliance across multiple regions and business units to enhance service, and identify areas of opportunity for solutions. This person is accountable for maintenance KPI improvement for assigned accounts and will collaborate with the National Account Field Maintenance Manager (NAFMM) to address operational and maintenance issues.

The offered compensation may be influenced by factors such as experience, education, work location, market data, and internal salary structures. The position may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, and incentives. Salary range: $85,000 - $90,000.
