Job Description
Summary

The Associate National Account Field Maintenance Manager is critical to the successful retention of Ryder's largest accounts. The incumbent is responsible for improving maintenance processes for their assigned national accounts across a broad organization. They will measure and report maintenance results to all levels of management within Ryder, drive compliance across multiple regions and business units to enhance service, and identify areas of opportunity for solutions. This person is accountable for maintenance KPI improvement for assigned accounts and will collaborate with the National Account Field Maintenance Manager (NAFMM) to address operational and maintenance issues.
Works with Ryder locations, NAFMM team, DNA.

Essential Functions
  1. Contact underperforming locations to gather updates, identify roadblocks, and set action items for continuous improvement. Escalate unresolved issues within the field and to the NAFMM. Develop action plans with the Ryder teams to resolve technical, maintenance, and communication issues related to assigned accounts.
  2. Review daily performance metrics such as uptime, VMI, breakdowns, etc., using reports from Insights, SFDC, and other Ryder systems to support efforts.
  3. Support the NAFMM with data, recommendations, wins, and losses. Produce and share metric reports internally and externally. Assist with required reporting and presentations as needed.
  4. Participate in calls with assigned accounts and the NAFMM team to develop skills for the NAFMM role.

Qualifications
  • H.S. diploma/GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics.
  • Minimum five years of fleet maintenance-related work experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Insights, RIDE, InfoCenter, etc., required.

Compensation Information

The offered compensation may be influenced by factors such as experience, education, work location, market data, and internal salary structures. The position may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, and incentives. Salary range: $85,000 - $90,000.
