Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance and security departments, ensuring daily delivery of quality services. You will plan, supervise, and coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and installations across facilities and grounds, with on-call responsibilities as needed.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance with strong electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting skills, and an EPA refrigerant II certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the maintenance field with knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting and repair.
• EPA refrigerant certification type II is required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers and field-related software.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff, directs work, coaches and evaluates to provide exceptional service.
• Develops and implements departmental policies and procedures.
• Staffing: recruit, interview, select, schedule, and approve payroll.
• Inspects facilities and equipment; assigns projects; administers preventive maintenance.
• Ensures unit turnover and renovations are timely; manages work orders database.
• Analyzes operations to determine equipment and supply needs; maintains inventory.
• Performs HVAC upkeep and supports budget preparation.
• Maintains appearance of buildings and grounds; handles snow removal.
