Job summary

EMC Precision is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance activities, ensuring reliability and safety of all facility systems and production equipment. You will guide a team, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage vendor relationships in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, strong electrical and PLC skills, and proven leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
• 5-7 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing with electrical, PLC, and repair expertise.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to support safety, production, and facility objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support during complex equipment and facility troubleshooting.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Manage maintenance inventory, equipment documentation, and maintenance-related purchasing activities.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors, service providers, and equipment vendors.
• Identify and recommend facility, equipment, and capital improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards.
