Job summary

HellermannTyton North America seeks a Facilities Manager to lead the Facilities Maintenance teams across Wisconsin and Illinois. You will oversee preventive maintenance, safety, and capital projects while ensuring policy compliance and documentation.

Requires an associate degree or technical certificate, strong leadership and communication, and experience with CMMS systems and building systems management. Travel domestically may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certificate required.
• Must be able to read prints/drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance across WI and IL sites.
• Manage preventive/predictive maintenance on HVAC, safety systems and equipment.
• Supervise staff, set priorities, and manage budget.
• Coordinate with vendors and review invoices for services.
• Maintain CMMS records and staffing levels.
• Support ISO/TS/Environmental certifications.
