Job summary

HellermannTyton in Milwaukee, WI seeks an experienced EHS professional to lead health and safety programs across manufacturing operations. You will support ISO 45001 audits, conduct job hazard analyses, and drive continuous improvement in safety culture while ensuring compliance with OSHA, environmental, and safety regulations.

This role requires strong communication, data-driven decision making, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, 24-hour operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental, Industrial Hygiene or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading EHS programs in manufacturing settings.
• 3 years of experience leading ISO 45001 audits.
• Strong communication, engagement, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Health and Safety Management of Change (MOC) processes and hazard/risk evaluation.
• Lead ISO 45001 audits and track corrective actions to closure.
• Conduct industrial hygiene evaluations, noise surveys, air sampling, and PPE assessments.
• Develop and administer health and safety training.
• Inspect facilities for safe operations and maintain EHS documentation.
• Serve as SME for safety management software (OIMS).
