HellermannTyton in Milwaukee is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the Facilities Maintenance department across WI and IL. You will oversee maintenance, safety, and environmental programs while ensuring quality and compliance with TS16949/ISO14001 standards.

You will manage budgets, coordinate contractors, drive capital projects, and maintain CMMS records and parts inventory. Strong leadership and communication are essential to support corporate policies and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and/or Technical Certificate in a related field.
• Ability to read prints and drawings.
• Basic to advanced PC skills and knowledge including the ability to use various software programs.
• Exceptional written & verbal communication skills.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude.
• Capable of leading & motivating people.
• Ability to self start & make decisions.
• Ability to interact with others within the organization to meet corporate goals & objectives.
• Able to travel domestically by car/air.
• Ability to work non-standard hours and weekends as necessary.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance on facilities equipment.
• Manage building upkeep including plumbing, electrical, roofing, and grounds.
• Coordinate contractors and verify invoices.
• Control operating and capital expenditures within budget.
• Lead staffing, performance reviews, and training.
• Maintain CMMS records and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure Health, Safety, and Regulatory compliance.
• Drive capital projects from approval to completion.
• Support ISO/TS16949/ISO14001 certifications.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
