Job summary

HellermannTyton North America in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance and Automation Technician 2 to maintain and troubleshoot injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational uptime.

The ideal candidate will have a technical diploma or equivalent experience in automation or industrial maintenance, alongside proven skills in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in injection molding maintenance and automation troubleshooting.
• 5-8 years of experience in other industrial maintenance.
• Preferred certifications: Robotics programming, Vision system training, RJG Master Molder.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot injection molding machines.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering, QA, and Production teams.
• Document interventions and communicate across shifts.
