Qualifications

• 7+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, plumbing, and controls knowledge.
• Experience with PLCs, ladder logic, control circuits, schematics, AC motors, and troubleshooting.
• Background in project management, budgeting, vendor management, and capital planning.
