Job summary

HellermannTyton in Milwaukee is seeking an EHS Specialist to support the EHS program under the EHS Manager. You will help develop and deliver training, investigate hazards, and maintain certification compliance across facilities.

Responsibilities include OSHA program support, risk assessments, incident investigations with corrective actions, and coordinating ISO 14001/45001 audits, while maintaining SDS and safety policies and mentoring staff toward a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Experience developing and delivering EHS training.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and ISO 14001/45001 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support OSHA compliance programs across multiple facilities.
• Conduct Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and Job Risk Analyses (JRA).
• Lead incident investigations and track corrective actions.
• Perform Industrial Hygiene assessments and sampling as needed.
• Coordinate ISO 14001/45001 audits and maintain SDS/policies.
