Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED and 4 years in building trades.
• Two years of lead worker experience required.
• Valid Texas Class C Driver's License or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise day-to-day maintenance of buildings and grounds.
• Direct crews, assign work, and monitor performance and safety.
• Prepare work orders, inspect services, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Oversee contracts, vendors, and project planning for renovations and repairs.
• Coordinate pool maintenance and other specialized systems if assigned.
• Maintain records and assist in budgeting and inventory.
