Job summary

Responsibilities

Oversees a work crew involved in maintenance duties such as sweeping streets, mowing lawns, and custodial maintenance.
Repairs or replaces equipment at City parks and facilities.
Prepares City facilities for events.
Participates in construction, maintenance, and repair of streets, buildings, and facilities; may lift up to 50 pounds.
Inspects work areas before, during, and after work to ensure quality and safety.
Maintains inventory of equipment and supplies and ensures stock levels.
Develops work schedules and ensures timely completion of work.
Performs related duties as required.
