Aufgaben

• Review administrative paperwork generated by staff and required by policy.
• Coordinate with staff and City personnel to prioritize maintenance work.
• Plan and direct maintenance services and preventive/corrective programs.
• Direct contracted projects to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Check work in progress and upon completion for quality and timeliness.
• Prepare and submit operating/management reports.
• Develop maintenance schedules for all equipment and personnel under this activity.
• Submit budget recommendations for the activity.
• Fulfill related duties as required.
