Qualifications

• Valid New York State driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations and mentor technicians.
• Coordinate work orders from creation to closure in CMMS.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and ensure inspections.
• Respond to facility emergencies and support after-hours calls.
• Assist in vendor and contractor coordination and performance monitoring.
