Job summary

Qualifications

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Disaster planning and back-up generator knowledge preferred.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical systems in distribution facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes maintenance plans for all facility equipment and systems.
• Diagnoses equipment error conditions and initiates repairs.
• Oversees modifications and upgrades to materials handling equipment (MHE).
• Manages spare parts inventory in a CMMS environment.
• Coordinates with external vendors for maintenance, janitorial, snow removal, and landscape contracts.
• Leads and develops Maintenance Support Specialists.
