Job summary

Flex‑N‑Gate LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the daily maintenance of factory machinery, equipment and facility systems while upholding safety standards and EMS requirements.

You will direct hourly maintenance staff, schedule preventive tasks, manage spare parts inventory, and collaborate with contractors to minimize downtime and support production targets. • Five years in a mechanical/electrical capacity as a tradesman.
• Five years related experience.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance of machinery and building systems.
• Prioritizes work requests and ensures on-time completion.
• Maintains inventory of spare parts and manages staffing schedules.
• Coordinates preventive maintenance and safety compliance.
• Liaises with outside contractors for work when needed.
• Reads manuals and supports project activities.
