Job summary

Flex-N-Gate LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead installation, maintenance, and repairs of all facility equipment and systems. You will supervise maintenance personnel, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with contractors on projects to sustain reliable plant operation.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on mechanical/electrical expertise, and the ability to manage schedules and budgets while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Five years in a mechanical/electrical capacity as a tradesman or related experience
• Ability to work independently and manage maintenance teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and risk management practices
• Experience coordinating contractors and project activities
• Proficient with maintenance planning and budgeting

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret manuals and work orders to perform maintenance
• Coordinate preventive maintenance for daily equipment and facilities
• Utilize hand/power tools, meters, and material handling equipment
• Detect and report faulty operations or material
• Ensure safety regulations and clean work areas
• Coordinate building maintenance, renovations, or updates
• Oversee contractor activities for projects
• Maintain project records and prepare reports
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance work orders
• Drive company vehicles as required
• Organize drawings and support project activity
• Maintain inventory and requisition supplies
• Meet with authorities and stakeholders as needed
• Troubleshoot electrical components and equipment
• Perform minor repairs and upkeep
