Job summary

Flex-N-Gate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair of all facility equipment, including building systems. The role manages hourly maintenance staff and ensures safety and compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.

Injection molding experience is preferred. This position requires leadership of maintenance activities, prioritization of work orders, and collaboration with contractors as needed.

Qualifications

• Oversees maintenance and repairs of facility machinery and equipment.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and safety requirements.
• Experience in supervising hourly maintenance staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and prioritize work requests; ensure parts are available.
• Follow up on work orders to meet specs, quality and timelines.
• Maintain stock inventory and prepare manpower schedules.
• Coordinate contractor activities for projects and on-call duties.
• Read equipment manuals and perform required maintenance and service.
