• Prioritizes and schedules work for maintenance crew.
• Issues work permits.
• Leads safety program and ensures compliance with codes and regulations.
• Oversees maintenance personnel and contractors to ensure safe, reliable building systems.
• Keeps logs of work performed, parts used and readings.
• Performs preventative maintenance and routine repairs as required.
