• Must be able to make quick decisions with minimal supervision.
• English speaking, reading and writing required.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company/client policies.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and schedules maintenance work for the crew.
• Issues work permits and coordinates with internal/external activities.
• Ensures safety program effectiveness and compliance with codes.
• Supervises maintenance staff and contractors.
• Maintains logs and records readings; performs preventive maintenance.
• Responds to disruptions and resolves workflow problems.
• Follows drawings, specs, and repair procedures.
• Performs basic repairs to structures and fixtures.
• Keeps work area clean and safe; reports incidents.
