Job summary

Pursuit in Alaska seeks a Maintenance Lead Associate to support Seward facilities and equipment. You’ll work with the Maintenance Manager to ensure code compliance, manage shop/warehouse spaces, assist with oil collection and small engine repairs, and support the Kenai Fjords Wilderness Lodge as needed.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/First Aid certification, and the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in maintenance or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Maintenance Manager to ensure Seward facilities and equipment meet building and fire codes.
• Maintain and organize the maintenance shop and warehouse facility.
• Assist with the oil collection and distribution program, including oil sampling and inventory.
• Perform small engine repair projects to support Marine Operations.
• Assist Maintenance Manager at Kenai Fjords Wilderness Lodge on Fox Island when needed.
