Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required. Two years of experience in hospitality, assisted living or long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inventory, order and maintain housekeeping supplies within budget.
• Clean, disinfect and straighten resident rooms, work areas and common spaces according to cleaning schedule.
• Move and straighten furniture
• Empty wastebaskets and properly dispose of trash
• Collect, wash, dry, fold and distribute laundry as directed
• Complete work orders as assigned
• Assist Maintenance Manager with life safety drills and preventative maintenance checks
• Promote positive relationships with residents, staff and visitors
• Perform any other duties as requested within the scope of responsibility
