Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of housekeeping operations management experience required.
• Experience in long-term care or medical facilities preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping tasks and assign duties daily.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Housekeeping, Laundry, Maintenance, Therapy, Activities, and Social Services.
• Develop and maintain housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Manage staffing to meet department needs and scheduling.
• Maintain safety, quality assurance, infection control.
