Qualifications

• Technical or trade school certification in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• 3–4 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Boiler Operator / Stationary Engineer License (state-specific).
• EPA CFC Certification / HVAC Certification.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facilities Operator (AFO).
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler, and pool systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation of building systems.
• Monitor water chemistry, filtration, and temperature controls for recreational pools.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including fire and life safety systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities within a CMMS.
• Support overall facility appearance and guest experience.
