Qualifications
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Must be able to lift 20+ lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks.
- Technical or trade school certification in HVAC/electrical/mechanical systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler, and pool systems.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation of building systems.
- Monitor water chemistry, filtration, and temperature controls for recreational pools.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including fire and life safety systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and perform emergency repairs as needed.
- Maintain records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance in a CMMS.
- Support facility appearance and functionality to enhance member/guest experience.
