Qualifications
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems.
- 3–4 years of facilities maintenance or building engineering experience.
- Must have boiler operator or stationary engineer license, EPA CFC, and pool facility certifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers, pools).
- Conduct routine inspections for safe and efficient operation of building systems.
- Maintain water chemistry, filtration, and temperature controls for recreational pools.
