Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• 3–4 years of facilities maintenance or building engineering experience.
• Must have boiler operator or stationary engineer license, EPA CFC, and pool facility certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers, pools).
• Conduct routine inspections for safe and efficient operation of building systems.
• Maintain water chemistry, filtration, and temperature controls for recreational pools.
