Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Technical or trade school certification in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• 3–4 years of experience in facilities maintenance or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler, and pool systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation of building systems.
• Monitor water chemistry, filtration, and temperature controls for pools.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations including fire and life safety systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities within a CMMS.
• Support overall facility appearance and guest experience.
