Life Time is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Engineer to oversee inspection, maintenance, and repair of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers, and pool systems. • Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks.
• Experience in facilities/building maintenance, ideally in commercial or recreational settings.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler, and pool systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation of building systems.
• Monitor water chemistry, filtration, and temperature controls for recreational pools.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, including fire and life safety systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities within a CMMS.
• Support facility appearance and functionality to enhance member and guest experience.
