Job summary

You will ensure a safe, compliant, and fully operational facility through preventative maintenance and CMMS documentation. The role targets candidates with 3–4 years of facilities maintenance or engineering experience and relevant licenses/certifications.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in facilities or building maintenance.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and pool systems.
• Proficient in CMMS and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler, and pool systems
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation of building systems
• Monitor and maintain water chemistry, filtration, and temperature controls for recreational pools
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, including fire and life safety systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and perform emergency repairs as needed
• Maintain detailed records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities within a CMMS
• Support overall facility appearance and functionality to enhance member and guest experience
