Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to perform physical maintenance tasks and lift 20+ lbs.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe operation of equipment.
- Monitor water chemistry and pool systems for recreational facilities (if applicable).
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations including fire life safety.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform emergency repairs as needed.
- Maintain detailed CMMS records of work orders and inspections.
