Life Time is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Engineer in New Jersey to inspect, maintain, and repair building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers, and pool systems. You will ensure safe, compliant, and fully operational facilities through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and CMMS documentation.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of facilities maintenance or engineering experience and holds a tech or trade certification in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems.

Formación

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Must be able to lift 20+ lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler, and pool systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation of building systems.
• Monitor and maintain water chemistry, filtration, and temperature controls for recreational pools.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, including fire and life safety systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities within a CMMS.
• Support overall facility appearance and functionality to enhance member and guest experience.
