Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Engineer to oversee the inspection, maintenance, and repair of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers, and pool systems at our Arkansas location.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and reliable operation through preventive maintenance and CMMS records. Ideal candidates bring 3–4 years of facilities maintenance experience in commercial or recreational environments, trade school credentials in HVAC or related fields,

Qualifications

Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Able to lift 20+ lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks.
Technical or trade school certification in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler, and pool systems
Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation of building systems
Monitor and maintain water chemistry, filtration, and temperature controls for recreational pools
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, including fire and life safety systems
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and perform emergency repairs as needed
Maintain detailed records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities within a CMMS
Support overall facility appearance and functionality to enhance member and guest experience
